Steps to Reproduce

1. Buy chem table and chem mix
2. Place chem table
3. Attempt to place chem mixture on chem table
4. Witness error

Explanation

Chem Mixture Unplaceable. Whenever attemtping to place chem mixture on a chem table as per usual you're met with the error "You place chemicals this fast, please wait." This occurs regardless of speed and you cannot even place one chemical.
