Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn on Target team
2. Access the rear of the store near the delivery intake
3. As the alarm is on, go to the LEO/FD Panel
4. Attempt to silence the alarm.

Explanation

When you enter the rear of Target near the delivery intake, the alarm goes off, but cannot be shut off like the rest of the store's alarm system.

When you access the panel, it believes the back of the store is secure.
