Steps to Reproduce

1. Join the VIX security team
2. Spawn the new Ford Explorer.
3. Drive it to Kais or David's. Join back on the civilian team and try to get in the driver side
4. Or for some people on the security team can't even gain access to the car at all.

Explanation

The new VEX security explorer driver seat is inaccessible to any person on the team. However, I observed yesterday that the civilian team was able to fully access the car, drive it around, and use the lights and siren bar.
