Steps to Reproduce

1. Just be the first rank at target
2. Try to cashier or do anything interactive to make money
3. I would suggest fixing it
4. Maybe adding another feature like getting carts from outside

Explanation

Target cash registers are not working for the first rank, I am trying to get XP and money but I can't without the registers so essentially the target job is pointless right now.
