Steps to Reproduce
- SPAWN MULTIPLE INSERTS AND SEE.
- NO ELS
Explanation
ELS broken on multiple inserts (HCSD suburban, VHP explorer, SBI silverado) - no core system (the light and siren controllers) pops up when you spawn them and try to drive them. I know of multiple other inserts that are also broken I just do not have them to spawn them myself and confirm. Please have your testers actually test.
