Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in
2. Attempt to use sirens
3. Observe that sirens are not functioning

Explanation

Sirens not working on the SBI insert truck. When i spawned the truck i did not get the siren menu, when i press R,G,Y or J it does not do anything
