Fryers in episode 3 should be on the green liquid by default.
Reasons being:

• Melody calls them some sort of bath, doesn't make that much sense when empty
• Sydra only mentions the dials for changing fryers once you need the purple liquid with the second customer. So it never gets told during the first customer, where you need the green liquid
