Steps to Reproduce

1. I often come across matches like that

Explanation

The lobby list shows it as 8/8, but in-game, it's been 4v3 the whole time, and the missing players just aren't being added.
I realized this was happening after comparing the in-game lobby list with the streamer's broadcast screen.
