Steps to Reproduce

1. Check the tic-tac-toe game board notifications in different languages

Explanation

The tic-tac-toe board displays the "Not your turn" message in a language other than the one set in the game settings. For example, if the game is in English, the notification appears in Russian, but if the game is in Russian, the notification appears in a different language.
