Steps to Reproduce

1. Saws are prohibited.
2. Access the shop with a gamepad.
3. Unable to purchase the sledgehammer due to an issue with moving it.

Explanation

If you disable items on the second row in match configuration, you will not be able to select items on the third row when using a gamepad.
