Steps to Reproduce

1. Have no tried to reproduce the steps for this bug

Explanation

Bought in-game cosmetics for Gramps. I bought the "First Aid Kit Treasure Chest" and it still says unlock. I restarted game and waiting for about 30 mins to make sure it was not delayed.
