Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the game DontScream with the specified game version, engine version, and build configuration.
2. Navigate to the game map DS_Forest_01.
3. Enter the game mode FPL_GameMode_C_2147479189.
4. Ensure the game is running in Server Network Mode with Scalability Level set to Epic and VSync turned off.
5. Check the approximate FPS of 32.59.
6. Go to the Scare Location: Scare.Location.WatchTower.
7. Trigger the scare event at coordinates [636, 582] in Scare Mode: Together.
