Sensor Delay Issue in Angular Speed Sensor

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn this demonstrator: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3816372021
2. Set your framerate limit to 4
3. Press fire action 1 and look at the switch
4. The switch will still be gray when the actuator moves
5. The switch will only turn green after the actuator stops moving, and then turn off again

Explanation

Sensors have a delay. I only tested this with an angular speed sensor, but most likely other sensors have a delay too
