Explanation

When attempting to upload items to the workshop, the process gets stuck at 40% and results in an 'unknown error'. The uploaded item appears as a ghost file with no title, description, or thumbnail. The issue was replicated by another user who experienced a similar error but was able to see the item on its workshop page.
