Spren can be imprisoned

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a radiant who has yet to sleep since becoming one (sleeping dismisses their spren to the cognitive realm permanently).
2. Assign someone to arrest their spren.
3. The spren stays near their radiant, which makes it easy.
4. You can feel free to leave the prison door open, as they won't move too far from their radiant.

Explanation

I was messing around, seeing if anything can be done with or to spren, and i realized i could imprison them. After doing this, i noticed the spren has no prisoner options and thus is a permenant prisoner.
