Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start a scenario

Explanation

I tried to start a new save, and noticed i was unable to choose shards. I thought it was a mod conflict issue so i disabled every mod that isn't cosmere or required for cosmere, and i was still unable to choose shards for the run.
