Hello
I am writing because the Steam key I received for the Escape from Playtime Playtest appears to be broken on the Steam backend.
The key successfully activated on my account as a "Retail" package (License packageID 1835021), but when I try to install the game, Steam returns a "No licenses" error.
When I used the Steam Console to trace the issue, it showed that this key unlocked AppID 3309100 (which is mapped to a completely different game's demo on Steam), and the console returns a "Depot download failed: missing app info (Missing configuration)" error when trying to force the download.
Since this key is bound to my account but contains no downloadable game files for Escape from Playtime, could you please revoke this broken key package and issue me a working replacement playtest token?
I have attached a screenshot of my Steam Account Details > View licenses and product key activations page proving that the key was redeemed today (October 1) but mapped incorrectly.
