Explanation

My screen on fullscreen was tearing, causing strange artifacts and moving around, seemingly zooming in for a few frames or changing in size. Vsync could NOT be turned on to fix this and even after changing from borderless windowed to windowed the issue still stayed. From what I can gather keeping it on anything but Fullscreen after a relaunch fixed it but it was still annoying especially due to the fact this happened within minutes of opening the game for the first time and I didnt know how to fix it at first. While it DOES seem to be fixed by just not using fullscreen its still something worth noting.
