Explanation

While playing, I was in a wall where the npc could walk through a h*** in the wall, go through it, and come out out the other broken h***. She grabbed me through the wall and got me.

As well as the bots, but I'm not sure how they are supposed to be on terms of damage. They would aggro on me and I would jump behind a couch, and I'd still get half my health gone from the explosion damage.
