Explanation
Dear MOB Entertainment Support Team,
I am writing to report a potential bug in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5 on the Nintendo Switch.
While playing in the Grand Stitchery area, near the end of the game, I encountered an issue in which a battery that should be located beneath a toy on a machine is missing. The battery is required to power a nearby mechanism and progress through this section of the game.
The area where the battery should be located is completely empty, preventing me from completing the intended puzzle and progressing further.
The game is running version 2.0, and the Nintendo Switch indicates that the software is up to date.
I would appreciate it if your development team could investigate this issue and determine whether it is a known bug. Please let me know if any additional information, screenshots, or gameplay footage would be helpful in diagnosing the problem.
