Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open The Weapon Wheel or Katana Element Wheel
  2. Press the Opposite Wheel Button (Weapon press Katana, Katana press Weapon)

Explanation

Upon opening the katana element wheel if you press the weapon wheel button then you can force the katana wheel to not close. this is also true in reverse if you press the weapon wheel button and then the katana wheel button it will happen but the weapon wheel wont close.
