Explanation
The edge of the shed roof is clipping into the stone wall next to the Sintra sign. There are no zombies present in this area, possibly due to AI pathing issues.

These buildings (house and shed) may be a little close to this stone wall (next to the Sintra sign)--especially the edge of the shed roof where it's clipping into the wall. Also, there aren't zombies here (maybe they're just not on this part of the map yet?).
