Boats in Azalea are experiencing erratic behavior upon logging on, causing them to go crazy in the air and then down in the water, eventually stabilizing

I logged on and the boats were going crazy in the air then down in the water, eventually they got fixed

Most likely because they have spawn coordinates that is under the water, which makes them want to flaot back up causing the wierd beievour.
