Sights for hunting rifles are more rare to avoid players getting sniped way to often. There is a chance of them spawning on the guns sometimes. And then you can also find them around the map.

Currently there are around 12 Hunting Optics on my local atm. Ill wait for Public test to adjust. But thank you for the report :)
