Explanation
Tier overlay functionality is experiencing an issue when switching to topographic mode and back, resulting in the overlays staying on in the sidebar but not appearing when switched back.
This issue was created from the following Discord message:

A button to toggle all for things like tiers and poi's would be handy, and the tier 4 overlay is solid instead opaque like the other tiers
also you can break the tier overlay by switching to topographic and back, they stay on in the side bar, but don't appear when you switch back
