Looks like in this spot there is an invisible object. It doesn't allow the play the move throuh it but rather to jump over it.

It is probably the fence that is blocking it

It could be the fence when rotated creates bad geo. OR it could be the bridge that is scaled? OR some invisible object blocking the path for the player.
