I purchased the 250 option from the Star Vault, and it provided me with 3 stickers, all of which I already owned. I didn't take a screenshot of the actual incident, though, unfortunately

Intended - you cannot receive a new sticker if you already obtained all of them

Last updated introduced a QoL change / suggestion from the community, preventing players from purchasing the wrong vault though!

try looking at the video in my bug report, it seems you have done the same thing I have done (buy I sticker pack you shouldn't have been able to)
