Explanation
I am unable to merge my bronze crates and sometimes I am able to merge the silver but recently not again. I have only been able to Merge 5 once.
I also cannot make in-app purchases they are always marked as unavailable.

You can purchase only on pc. Doesn’t work on mobile. Chest before 20 are different from after 20. If you leveled from 19-23 in the last three days those old chests won’t merge with the new ones
