i've bought 2 silver keys in the shop for 80 gems each, but they didn't appear and i still can't open my silver chest. fix this, please

I buy two golden keys and game stuck and after reload keys disappears and gem deducted

I had two Gold keys i had buyeded, and then my game crashed and then i didnt get my gold keys i want a refund of gems.

I bought some keys, my gems were used up, but the keys never appeared. I demand that my gems be returned and that I be compensated.

bought two gold keys from the shop and the bubble entities combined into one bubble entity with a "9 gem" gem inside instead of two separate bubble entities with a gold key inside of both.

I had bought 2 bronze keys in the shop so they were in the bubble, and 5 minutes later I bought another bronze key, but the previous 2 disappeared. So I lost 30 gems.
