Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game as a New user
2. Observe the feedback form
3. Exclamation mark is displayed over the HUD icon
4. Open the Feedback form
5. Relaunch the game

Explanation

Actual result: Exclamation mark appears over the HUD icon after each game relaunch.

Expected result: Exclamation mark should NOT be present over the Feedback HUD icon if user opened the form once.
