Explanation
I visit a person, when I go back to my farm it shows I visited another person and the person I originally visited doesn't get rewards and I end up losing my ticket.

I visit someone’s farm, when I return to mine, the rewards page change the person whom I originally visited can’t get the rewards.

I have this problem too. I visit my neighbours but don't get the rewards when I return. Also, when I visit, I get a pop-up message asking me to restart the game because the rewards have been reached. When I restart it, sometimes I get the rewards and sometimes I don't, but my ticket has been deducted.
I don't know why this happens, I visit x's farm, when I return to mine, it shows I visited y.
