Regression of:	#777 Energy Loss When Attempting to Destroy a Rock This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on an item to remove
2. Click on remove for __ energy
3. Notice that energy was charged but I still have a worker and the object is not in progress
4. Click on it again
5. Repeat the steps but sometimes it will remove it

Explanation

Its charging me energy but not removing the object or doing the construction work. For example, I am trying to remove a rock for 15 energy: I click it, it takes away my energy but then it still says remove rock for 15 energy and I still have my worker. I click it again and then it removes my energy and sometimes will actually work.
