i have 55 energy and 50 crates as i claimed the free ones before realising my excess was gone

also not sure why a few of the items on my farm are now floating in a bubble

also my ingredients have also disappeared or reset

all my progress farming has been lost

i was building up my ingredients for making orders

this is playing on reddit

I was playing on mobile and exited

and i logged back on my laptop and it was like this

also i think i had more gems but i can't be certain

i thought i had just over 1200

it seemed my ingredients disappeared as i was playing

as i didn't fufil any orders

but as you can see in my earlier screenshot, it was displaying the red exclaimation mark, saying i had the ingredients to complete the order

but now in this screenshot i don't have those icons anymore

i logged back on to my mobile

and on mobile it was showing 55 energy and 60 crates

so i tested it by opening a crate and it went down to 49 creates

and then i logged back on to laptop and it showed the same as energy/crate count as mobile

even tho when i was on laptop it said 40 crates

you can see regression in my count count

the farm layout is different

but the counters are the same

it seems they are getting overwritten

so when i exited my phone and changed to my laptop, that caused the first glitch where my energy/crates count (potentially money and gem counts too) to reset back to when i was playing on my laptop, wiping out the progress i had made on my phone
