Steps to Reproduce

  1. Clear the "Submit Feedback" notification by clicking on the icon and closing the pop up window.
  2. Visit a friend's farm by using a ticket to ride the train.
  3. Return to your farm after completing the "help" tasks.
  4. Notice that the notification is now reset with a "!".

Explanation

Every time I return from visiting a farm, the notification to submit feedback pops up again. I personally despise the plethora of notifications, but I'm not sure if that one in particular is supposed to pop up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. :)))))
