Explanation

I was opening my game, and i think i was having some network issue and my daily popup to collect my reward showed up but i wasnt able to click claim, i could see in the background the connection had timed out with fmv, i reconnected , and the timeout thing was gone but the claim button was unpressable and i was softlocked from doing anything so i restarted the game and everything was fine but i didnt get any sticker pack. Normally i wouldnt mind but it was a tier 5 pack so im looking to see if i can actually get it back.
