Hi! When I completed the album, my game crashed while recieving the rewards, and after the reset, for some reason, i'm only missing the chest. I recieved the energy and the boxes only

For the past 10days I haven't received one new sticker album card. I opened N number of card packs. So you guys don't want us to collect the complete set ???

Just got one new card using star vault. but no luck with the other packs. I'm short of 9 new cards.

I opened 7 packs today. zero new cards.

I also just opened a pack from the star vault so I could complete one of the sets as it was only missing one 4 star card, and I got a 4 star card I already had

somebody reported a bug where even when they spent money on the gems to get a pack, they didn't get a pack either

The only guaranteed new stickers are from the vault. Paid packs are not guaranteed

No I know, I'm just saying that even if you buy the packs, you don't necessarily GET the packs you pay for

as they didn't get their pack at all
