Steps to Reproduce

1. put workers to work
2. there always seems to be one already doing something

Explanation

I have paid for the 30 days thing, and it says I have 6 workers, but one seems to be lost as I can only have 5 doing anything at a time. When there are no workers doing anything it says 5/6 - there always seems to be one already doing something
