hmm no i wasn’t disconnected! after making payment i just sat in the game like i normally would, then after some delay i only received the gems but no pack

and no, it's not a recurring issue, but I'm not sure what caused it in your case - normally it shouldn't happen because the game is immediately saved after a payment is done
were you still disconnected from the server after the payment?
nope, once again i wasn’t! exact same as the last time — after payment, i tabbed back to FMV (had it popped out) and waited. did not receive anything immediately, but after some waiting (about a minute?) i received the gems but only the gems.
