Steps to Reproduce

1. Look at event energy display in the upper right portion of the screen and notice no red exclamation mark displays
2. Click the plus sign
3. See that a free energy grant is available

Explanation

The event energy status indicator does not show an exclamation mark when a free energy grant is available.
