Explanation

Hello all! I tried to enter to the app from discord but I get blue screen while trying to do so. Don't know if it's the same issue like the one reported on another post, as no screenshot was provided.

Kindly note that I have tried the suggested following steps before creating this post and it's still not working.

• First, if you're playing on PC, make sure that you've turned on "Hardware acceleration" (Discord settings > Advanced).
• Then, close Discord by using the Task Manager, and clear the Discord cache files. Here is a tutorial if needed: https://www.howtogeek.com/686597/how-to-clear-discord-cache-files-on-desktop-and-mobile/
