Steps to Reproduce

1. Unsure, sorry for the double report, not sure if it goes to different teams or not :)
2. I've reported it on the island too

Explanation

weird bug, not specific to the island but affected it too, i havent been on fmv in at least 10 hours and my energy did not refill its self, not game breaking but slightly confusing one why that might be the case, this applied to both the main land and the island.
