Explanation

I had 4 train tickets and I used 2 of them, but both times I received none of what I had collected. the game told me that it "looks like trading was full" (???) and to exit then rejoin. So, i did thinking that i would get what i collected or at least my 2 tickets back, but i was given nothing at all. 😭.
can i at LEAST get my 2 tickets back? bruh moment fr
