Explanation
I had 4 train tickets and I used 2 of them, but both times I received none of what I had collected. the game told me that it "looks like trading was full" (???) and to exit then rejoin. So, i did thinking that i would get what i collected or at least my 2 tickets back, but i was given nothing at all. 😭. can i at LEAST get my 2 tickets back? bruh moment fr

Players cannot obtain 4 tickets - the limit is 1 ticket on the farm, and 3 at the train station.
If a pop-up showing that the rewards reached their limit and the game needs to be refreshed appears, it means that you were disconnected from the server during the visit. Then, the player should refresh the game immediately to avoid any saving issue.
I've quickly checked your account but didn't find any issue. Having too many bubbles on the farm can cause performance issues and disconnections, but you don't have any bubble right now. It was maybe a simply connection issue
