Steps to Reproduce

1. Merged Level 2 Stones
2. Repairs the Dairy Store
3. After repairing the bug happened to the stones

Explanation

I can't move the stone level 2 on my tile, and I tried placing a stone level 1, but it just overlapped. Im no sure how it happened
