Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game while the TLE is active
2. Open the TLE pop-up and travel to the tropical island
3. See the icons for levels 8 and 16

Explanation

Actual Result:
The icons indicating the areas unlocked at levels 8 and 16 are not positioned correctly on the tropical island (TLE).

Expected Result:
These icons should be placed above the areas they unlock.
