FM - TLE - Event reappears after expiry when visiting other farms

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game while the TLE is active but ending soon
2. Play until the TLE ends
3. When the TLE has ended, check if the island is still available
4. Visit a friend's farm
5. When returning to the farm, check whether the TLE is still displayed and whether the island is available

Explanation

Actual Result:
When a TLE ends while the player is online, it restarts / appears again each time the player visits another farm.

Expected result:
Once the TLE has ended, the event should be removed from the game, and players should no longer be able to access the TLE Pass or the island.
