Explanation

I had 10k gold in my account but for some reason now i only have 900. I do not have anything to spend this gold on as I am blocked by level restriction. I also lost a bunch of resources because I unlocked the Barbecue order trailer in one save then the next one I found it locked again 🙁 is there any way to recover the lost items and gold?
