Explanation

If you place a toolbox or a decoration on unlocked premium land, even if it's the furthest item upwards on your farm and would be eligible for visit rewards, it won't be selected and the next item outside premium land is chosen instead. I haven't tested this with crops or animals, and I'm not even sure if it's a bug, but I haven't seen any comment about it.
