Steps to Reproduce

1. have something ~half hp
2. go to tropical island
3. return
4. observe the occasional widened or tiny health bar among normal size ones

Explanation

going between the tropical world and the mainland glitches out the size of the green "Health bars" for the toolboxes / rocks etc
