Explanation

Hello Support Team,

I would like to report a serious issue with my game account.

I had already reached around level 40+ after spending a lot of time playing. However, when I logged in recently, all of my game progress was suddenly reset. My account was returned to level 0 and the tutorial started again as if I were a new player.

I did not intentionally reset my account, and I am very concerned that my game data may have been lost due to a system error or synchronization problem.

Please help investigate this issue, check my account data, and restore my progress if possible. I would appreciate any assistance and updates regarding this problem.
