Explanation

So I was logging in for my daily, and it only gave me the silver coin. I didn't think much of it because I thought I'd refresh and hit the ticket book and I'd see it there like some ticket packets tend to hide, but no. Upon refreshing the event came back, but I am out my purple pack. ;-; My only proof is this screenshot of my dear old friend who hasn't been in my visit list for quite some time. You can see the sticker book is just straight up missing. Thoughts?
